Hey, just out of curiosity, where does everybody keep/display their knives? I have mine in a display case...which kinda makes it more tedious to play with them. _________________ before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes......that way you're a mile away.......and you have their shoes |

I keep mine in a file cabinet, but that's going to change before too long - i notice Amazon has some rather neat wooden cabinets for a really good price, look like machinst tool boxes. _________________ "If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it." |

Is that what you were trying to say,you code posted by mistake.
I thought that was what you ment but amazon has so many different cabinets its hard to remember one from the other. That chest is excellent for just about any collecting needs and at 50 dollars its a good buy.I made one of those before from a blue print for one sheet of 3 quarter veneer plywood it cost $60 [/quote] |

I still have mine stored sticking into an old stump that had been slated to be a custom pool cue rack. Looks like I'm gonna need to finish my cave and put up some shelves or get a bigger stump soon though! _________________ WHAT WE DO IN LIFE, ECHO'S IN ETERNITY! |

john you can buy a blue print to build your own,I have the blue print I just cant find time to work in the shop.you can build it out of pine and itll be much cheaper.do a search for tool chest with this link and you'll find the blueprint.
www.ubild.com better yet here is the link for the chest itself http://www.u-bild.com/projects-indoor/788.htm remember these are just blueprints to build it yourself its much cheaper. |
