Just received from Cam the other day a Juggernaut Dual Action (with the Tigre Wood scales). Damn big knife! All you macho types will love it! Very good quality and apperance, but a B I tch to open automatically (this dude will really build up the thumb muscles. A little fine-tuning when I get around to it will probably help.). Well worth $9.99 _________________ "A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity" - Sigmund Freud; General Introduction to Psychoanalysis

I always seem to cut myself when I'm messing with my Juggernaut, for some reason -- more than any of my other knives. The serrations are really nasty-sharp. _________________ Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off until the day after tomorrow.

Yeah, the Jugs can be a real witch to open - especially if you're trying to do it 'right' by putting your thumb on the scale and trying to 'slide' it. Better way - hold the knife in the palm of your hand so you're looking down at the blade. Then use your thumbnail to push straight down on the edge of the bolster instead of the flat. Lots more leverage and an eaier open... Any way U look at it tho, these knives definitely ain't delicate sugeon's tools.. LOL

The Jug I had had a hair trigger on it. The damn thing would fly open if I looked at it wrong. didn't take much to fix though. _________________ "Who's the more foolish: the fool or the fool who follows him?." |

Yeah, Cam said he'd had some complaints about that 'self-opening' trick they do..lol Ya just have to play with em a little, cuz they definitely don't come out of the factory in great shape..

Yeah, and it seems leaf springs are harder to find these days than poor Republicans...

Just got one of these today and having a difficult time getting the auto bolster to fire... I know everyone said it is a common problem but how do you fix it (specifically), I've already had it apart but to no avail...
Any info would be helpful...
Thanks |

Adjuast the screw in the firing bolster - the further you turn it in, the easier it is to fire (at least on mine). _________________ "A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity" - Sigmund Freud; General Introduction to Psychoanalysis |

Thanks for the info... I took it apart again and did get it working.
It turned out to be an oversized screw that was portruding inside and causing it to snag instead of fire. I replaced the screw with a shorter one and now she's great....
Thanks Again |

I've got one coming... Like some guy once said: "THAT"S a Knife..." I have an older one, and it's a good one. Looking forward to it.
